Sometimes document signings just can't take place in the actual entity office. 

 

A signing agent can help those businesses close those deals from anywhere.

 

As a signing agent, we certify and notarize the financial and legal documentation related to loans or other contracts.

 

We work with dealers, financial lenders and corporations to assist in meeting their customers to verify & sign various contracts and documents. 

 

Documents/contracts are sent to the signing agent by the issuing entity.  We arrange the signing with their customer and either return them to the entity or forward to the entity of their choice. 

 

COMMON DOCUMENTS REQUIRING A SIGNING AGENT:

  • COMMERCIAL LOAN CONTRACTS

  • VEHICLE LOAN CONTRACTS

  • OTHER CORPORATE CONTRACTS

  • CUSTOMER IDENTIFICATION VERIFICATION

  • SIGNATURE AFFIDAVIT AND AKA STATMENT

  • DEED OF TRUST

  • LOAN MODIFICATIONS/REFINANCE

fees are based on the type of document and # of pages/notary or hourly rate 

 

 

**a signing agent can give a general description of any loan term to a borrower in the closing documents, including loan amount, interest rate, annual percentage rate, etc. They cannot negotiate terms,  modify the document or give legal advice.

"NOTARY DAYS" ARE OFTEN SET UP THROUGH LOCAL ORGANIZATIONS (LION'S CLUB, VFW, AMERICAN LEGION) TO ASSIST MEMBERS AND THEIR FAMILIES WITH LEGAL SIGNATURE WITNESSES
